1. Can we hire you to move storage containers?

Our goal is 110% customer satisfaction. We deliver and pick - up all of our leased
containers or offices to your work site. Additionally, if you lease a container for 2 years or
longer on St John or St Thomas and it needs to be relocated to a different work site, we will
move the container for free (up to 2.5 hours time; time over 2.5 hours charged out at
$150 per hour).

If you currently lease an SOS container or office but would like one of your own containers
moved, call us to discuss this and we will try and help you out. The transport charges of non
- SOS owned containers is approximately $800 (could be lower or could be higher) and
could vary based on the specific requirements of the relocation.

We do not move non-SOS containers if you are not a client of SOS. Consider calling
trucking companies in St John, St Thomas, or St Croix to see if they can meet your need.

2. I do not have a need for a storage container or office now but need one during hurricane
season?

We strive to maintain a large inventory of containers and offices that can quickly be
deployed to our clients site- many times in less than 24 hours. We are increasing inventory
in advance of the hurricane season as we anticipate large demand.

To guarantee availability, if a client deposits the initial payment (one month lease, one
month security, and delivery charges) we will reserve a unit and deliver the unit when you
need it. Call to discuss your needs.

3. I have the need for a large number of containers or offices outside the US Virgin Islands.
Can you help us meet this need?

Yes. This is a major area of focus for SOS. For large orders (5 or more containers or
offices) we will deliver the units to your work site throughout the Caribbean. This works best
if you have a long term (2 years or longer) need for the containers or offices. Additionally
we will custom order new equipment specifically designed to meet your needs for long term
lease agreements-typically custom orders require three months lead time. Depending on
the specific circumstances we offer clients the option to purchase the equipment as well as
the option to lease the equipment.
